Manzanillo Variety Organic - COOC Certified EVOO: A moderately strong green oil from old orchards in Northern California. Large, rounded-oval fruit with brilliant purple skin, changing to deep blue-black when mature. These olives resist bruising, ripening early, several weeks earlier than Mission.
