Shipping & Returns

We ship our products via UPS. We cannot ship to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. Boxes.

• UPS Ground - Delivered in 5-7 business days
• UPS Next Day Air - Delivered by 10:30 next business day
• UPS Second Day Air - Delivered by end of 2nd business day

Shipping charges
Total shipping and handling charges are calculated using the current UPS rates and are indicated at the time the order is placed. An email will be sent to you at the time of shipment with a tracking number. You must go to the UPS website to track your order (ups.com).

Shipping times
Under normal conditions if you place an order before 2:00 pm PST, your order will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed. All orders received on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (providing there is no holiday). Orders are delivered by UPS on business days (Monday-Friday).

We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal for the payment of your orders.


Return & Refund Policy
If your olive oil purchase does not arrive in perfect condition, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Just call our office at or e-mail us at info@tmcalifornia.com and we'll substitute it at no charge. If you receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately and keep the goods in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened bottles.
